What is Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and how does GeoOp fit?

MWM, when done well, allows for greater utilization of mobile workforces, seeing a reduction in their mileage, whilst increasing information management, jobs per day and therefore increased income potential.

A MWM allows you to keep track of all your company's jobs, mobile workforce schedules and to keep all this information in one place, to be accessed by admin/call center staff or my your mobile workforce, anytime, anywhere.

So if a customer calls for an update on their job they don't have to contact the mobile workforce member for an update. All their data should be in the MWM.

Traditionally MWM systems that manage both workforces and job tasks use expensive proprietary hardware and they cost a lot of money to setup with expensive ongoing monthly fees.
